Feast Your Eyes On The World's First 3D Printed Air Conditioner

They days of printing an article on a flat piece of paper are over! The 3D printing phenomenon has taken flight as of late and the possibilities seem to be endless. So what does this have to do with air conditioning? That’s right, China has just produced the ‘World’s First’ 3D printed air conditioner!

You may be thinking, “does it actually work?” and the answer is, yes! Haier Group, based out of Qingdao, Shandong unveiled the first 3D printed air conditioner at the Appliance & Electronics World Expo 2015 this week.

What’s all the hype about? Well, since the printers builds the object layer by layer, it allows for ultimate customization. You can design the air conditioner to your exact needs and specifications depending on your taste and requirements - talk about energy efficiency! But unless you have an extra $6,395 laying around, you won’t be able to get your hands on one.

We’d love to see the future of air conditioning as technology evolves, but for now if you need a central air conditioning system installed or repaired give Aspen Air Conditioning a call!
